Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Human Resources (HR) Manager in Addison, Texas. This role involves a wide array of HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, and organizational development in a dynamic startup environment. You will be expected to use Workday and other tools to improve business processes and design organizational structures.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee the HR function for a team of approximately 250 employees.
• Report to the HR Director and collaborate on strategic HR initiatives.
• Utilize Workday for various HR tasks, such as employee record management and reporting.
• Handle full-cycle HR duties, from recruitment to termination processes.
• Foster a startup environment that encourages innovation and high performance.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and company policies.
• Develop and implement strategies for improving employee relations.
• Lead efforts in organizational design to optimize business operations.
• Drive organizational development initiatives to enhance company culture and employee satisfaction.
• Continually seek ways to improve business processes within the HR function. Requirements • Proven experience as a Human Resources Manager for at least 5 years
• Demonstrated expertise in Compliance and Employee Relations
• Proficiency in using Workday HR management software
• Proven track record in Business Process Improvement
• Strong knowledge and experience in Organizational Design
• Solid background in Organizational Development
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
• Professional certification in Human Resources is a plus
• Ability to develop effective HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Familiarity with local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations
• Experience in conducting employee performance reviews and assessments
• Ability to handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
• Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks.
