Eaton Corporation Supervisor de Producción in Aguascalientes, Mexico

Eaton’s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Supervisor de Producción.

What you’ll do:

  • Lead, facilitate and coordinate production activities and resources according to established practices and or policies within their job area to ensure the timely delivery of

quality parts that meet or exceed customer expectations in a safe work environment.

  • Execute the Production Plan on time by coordinating resources to resolve manufacturing problems and improve processes

  • Conduct Daily stand-up meeting with all department personnel, focusing on safety, quality, delivery, cost/productivity, and inventory.

  • Enforce and implement safety policies and programs, meet operating budgets, complete continuous improvement plans, and coach employees on behavior/performance #LI-DG2

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably mechatronics, industrial or related)

  • Previous experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position. (Must)

  • Manufacturing industry background. Preferable Automotive

  • Mid-avanced English (Speaking, reading, writting)

  • Background leading unionized people

Skills:

• Analytical skills and understanding of problem solving tools (Six Sigma, 8D, or other) • Basic knowledge of national and local safety and environmental standards, guidelines and policies such as ISO 14001, MESH and/or applicable regional initiatives.

Six sigma and core tools (desirable

English language at a reading and writing level required

EBS, TRESS, Oracle EAM

Manufacturing Systems, Manufacturing Quality, EHS process safety

Experience conducting multidisciplinary teams

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
