Job Description:

The Director II, Construction Support position directs the operations of two or more departments within the Construction Operations group, which provides construction and technical support to projects during the conceptual, design, and construction phases of a project. This position typically supports the functional aspects for assigned functions to the corporate construction group and any of the business units. This position typically serves as a Department Manager over a functional discipline(s).

• Participate in business development activities and promote a professional relationship with clients and company management

• Responsible for developing, implementing, and administering Departmental Construction Support policies and procedures

• Typically manage personnel and provide an environment for the development and professional advancement of staff members, including on-the-job and formal training and development opportunities, and timely performance feedback

• Analyze situations, identify and forecast pertinent problems and evaluate realistic options; and recommend/implement appropriate course of action

• Other duties as assigned
