Job Title: CNC Machinists -  MILL & LATHE

Summary:

Machinist must understand work order blueprints and design requirements in order to setup & program machinery.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

CNC Machinist duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Plan machining based on work order, blueprints, materials, and specs
• Program mills or lathes, offsets, including basic math, geometry, and trigonometry per specs
• Maintain tolerances using micrometers and veneer calipers
• Maintain specs while observing drilling, turning, milling, tapping, boring, facing,
• Monitor feed & speed of machines during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean work area, returning equipment and tools at the end of the day
• Assist other departments and functions as needed
