Wiring Technicianto join our team in Calera, AL. The Wireman will be responsible for assembling, wiring, and testing electrical control panels, switchgear, and power distribution equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience reading electrical schematics, working with a variety of wiring tools, and ensuring all wiring meets company and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.

Wire control panels, switchgear/switchboard, and power distribution equipment according to specifications.

Cut, strip, and terminate wires with appropriate connectors and lugs.

Conduct quality checks and perform troubleshooting on electrical components.

Ensure compliance with company standards, NEC regulations, and safety guidelines.

Assemble electrical enclosures, conduit, and cable management systems.

Work closely with engineers and production teams to ensure proper assembly and wiring.

Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
