Retail Store Managers (Excellent Business - Need 2 Retail Managers)

POSITION AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. POSITION: The Employee is hired for the position of Retail Store Manager at the Old Barrel Tea - [STORE LOCATION] 2. RESPONSIBILITIES. The Employee shall oversee and manage all aspects of the Company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operational management, team leadership and training, inventory and supply chain management, quality assurance and compliance, and driving process improvement and efficiency.

  2. RESPONSIBILITIES.

The Employee shall oversee and manage all aspects of the Company, ensuring efficiency and compliance with regulatory and quality standards. The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to, operational management, team leadership and training, inventory and supply chain management, quality assurance and compliance, and driving process improvement and efficiency.

2.1 In general, the duties of the Position to be filled by the Employee shall encompass the following: The Position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the Company. Their responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  1. Hiring and Training:
  • Lead in all staff hiring and training following OBTC guidelines (5 days minimum + knowledge test).

  • Train all employees on tea, spice, honey, company, and product education

  1. Product Knowledge:
  • Consistently self-educate on products/knowledge and implement them to team and customers.

  • Have comprehensive knowledge of all tea/health benefits of OBTC products.

  1. Marketing and Promotion:
  • Execute general localized marketing efforts to help promote and drive traffic into the store and continue generating business.

  • Review monthly tea schedule and sampling within OBTC guidelines at all times.

  1. Inventory Management:
  • Place, receive, and input all inventory, working with the assistant operation manager before placing major orders and staying within monthly budget guidelines at all times.

  • Ensure all profit margins are maintained and update operations when pricing changes occur with vendors (review as orders arrive).

  1. Financial Management:
  • Send and appropriately file all receipts, inventory invoices, and any other expenses on a regular and prompt and accurate basis through protocol.

  • Implement accountability to staff to uphold OBTC standards and guidelines in all aspects of the business.

  • Pay all store invoices and maintain positive relationships with suppliers at all times.
