Description We are in the search for a Sr. Software Engineer to join our team in ALLENDALE, Michigan. This role is critical in the technology domain of our industry, offering the opportunity to work with a variety of modern programming languages and frameworks. Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and deployment of high-quality software solutions, ensuring the alignment with the overall project objectives.

• Efficiently maintain code that adheres to the latest standards and best practices, ensuring system efficiency and reliability.

• Proactively communicate with stakeholders, offering prompt solutions to emerging challenges.

• Evaluate and implement new tools or frameworks that add substantial value to the project.

• Balance the need for innovation with the pragmatism necessary to avoid disruption to project momentum.

• Serve as a technical guide in your core domain, helping to elevate overall team performance.

• Continuously improve your skills and methodologies, using feedback and experience to optimize project results.

• Develop backend business logic and client side scripting, ensuring that the user experience is seamless and efficient.

• Utilize cloud technologies and work with platforms such as Amazon Web Services (AWS) to enhance the scalability and performance of the solutions.

• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to ensure smooth project execution and delivery.

• Work with Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking.

• Develop and maintain APIs, enhancing the interaction between different software components. Requirements • Advanced proficiency in Atlassian Jira is required.

• Significant experience in backend development is essential.

• Strong understanding of business logic is necessary.

• Demonstrable skills in client-side scripting are needed.

• Must have a solid background in cloud technologies.

• Experience in A/B testing is crucial.

• Proven expertise in Agile Scrum methodology is mandatory.

• Familiarity with Ajax is expected.

• Proficiency in API development is required.

• Demonstrable experience with ASP.NET is essential.

• Must be proficient in JavaScript.

• Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) is necessary.
