Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the TIG and MIG welding processes. This position requires the ability to read prints and understand welding symbols, as well as different measurement techniques. The successful candidate will communicate effectively with engineering on build issues and work collaboratively with fellow welders in a team atmosphere.

Skills:

• Experience in MIG and TIG welding processes (preferably with stainless steel and aluminum)
• Ability to read prints and understand welding symbols
• Proficiency in different measurement techniques
• Good communication skills (verbal and written)
• Positive work ethic and attitude

• Trainable and eager to learn
• Ability to follow directions

• Good attendance record

Knowledge:

• Understanding of welding symbols and prints
• Knowledge of setting up a welding power supply and personal workspace

Ability to Implement:

• Set up and operate welding equipment
• Work collaboratively with engineering and fellow welders
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Pass a hands-on welding test in MIG and/or TIG welding processes with various metals

Work Schedule:

• Day shift (Monday to Friday)
• Occasional weekend work as needed
