Siemens operates a global Workday HCM instance which already supports more than 45 countries and aims to roll out Workday worldwide based on global processes. Our internal Team of Workday Specialists is very dedicated to operate, optimize and expand Workday across different Workday modules to maximize the value for Siemens.

Your mission will be…

• Your mission will be to embark on a crucial journey supporting two teams with operational activities, where you'll learn to ensure efficiency and quality in processes.

• Gain hands-on experience in creating HR reports and in the creation, alignment and communication of process improvements while working in an agile environment.

• Learn to offer support in data analytics to derive important measures and decisions and assist in automating recurring tasks with Python or SQL.

• Under guidance, contribute to creating and optimizing our Service Portfolio through customer-oriented documentation and material.

We are looking for someone with…

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, showcasing analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong Excel skills, including experience with macros and the ability to work with data effectively.

• Academic experience or practical knowledge in Reporting and/or Data Analytics Tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc..), experience in object-oriented programming, with a focus on Python or similar languages, is a plus.

• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with an eagerness to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

• Ability to adapt quickly to new tools and technologies, with a willingness to undergo training and development.

• Eagerness to contribute positively to the team's dynamics and ethos, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
