Your responsibilities Job Summary We Enable Our Customers to Accelerate Performance and Increase Value Job Description This is who we are looking for: Passion and Purpose Driven Individual Team Mentality Outside Sales Experience (Required) Metals/Manufacturing Distribution Experience (Preferred) Safety Mindset Candidates MUST Reside or Live within 30 miles of the Cincinnati, OH Territory Customer Relationship Building: Identify and address challenges faced by existing and potential customers. Establish and maintain strong, lasting working relationships to foster trust and loyalty. Market Strategy Development: Create a comprehensive market plan for the assigned territory, ensuring it includes quantifiable goals, clear objectives, and actionable strategies. Regularly review and adjust the plan based on performance and market changes, measuring progress against established benchmarks. Sales Execution: Schedule and conduct regular sales calls and visits to build relationships and drive business opportunities. Present tailored solutions that meet customer needs and align with business objectives. Effective Communication: Maintain consistent and clear communication with both internal teams and external customers. Ensure all interactions are productive, professional, and align with company values. Continuous Improvement: Actively pursue opportunities for self-improvement through in-person training and online resources provided by the company.
