Job Title: Warehouse Forklift Operator - Graveyard
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and skilled Warehouse Forklift Operators to join our team. Candidates will be working in either the Production Department or the Warehouse Department, handling various tasks related to the loading, unloading, and movement of raw materials and finished products.
Responsibilities
Unload raw materials from semi-trucks, including bins of vegetables, barrels, palletized products such as glass, lids, labels, and film.
Load palletized finished products onto semi-trucks.
Manually depalletize shipments into smaller orders with a maximum weight of 25 pounds.
Operate a sit-down forklift (gas or electric) and be comfortable getting on and off the forklift.
Transport raw materials from the warehouse to the production lines.
Move finished products to the warehouse for staging/prepping for truck loading.
Assist the production lines using hoses and spraying production lines and barrels as needed.
Essential Skills
2+ years of recent experience as a forklift operator.
Experience operating a sit-down forklift within the last 6 months.
At least one year of recent experience on a sit-down forklift.
Must have spent at least 4-6 hours per day operating a forklift.
Knowledge of forklift safety, loading and unloading processes, and loading patterns.
Experience with SAP System and inventory processes.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of American Canyon, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.05 - $23.05/hr.
