Job Summary As a Product Analyst you will report into the engineering department and interact with engineering teams on a weekly, if not daily, basis. You will participate in the daily Scrum meetings to stay updated on progress and challenges. Weekly, you will meet with the product manager and engineering team lead and/or engineering manager to work on backlog refinement and prepare items for the upcoming sprint.

You will also attend the sprint retrospectives and reviews, where you will present summarized progress of completed work items to product managers and engineering leadership, and other stakeholders. You will be responsible for collaborating with one or more engineering teams. It is crucial for the Product Analyst to effectively manage their time to participate in all elements of each group's development process and attend all necessary meetings.

What You Will Do * Collaborates with the Product Manager to manage and prioritize the product backlog * Works with Engineering Manager and Product Manager to break down work into actionable tasks * Translates Product Managers' strategies, epics and user stories into detailed tasks in Jira for the engineering team * Assists development teams in writing and preparing technical user stories * Partners with Product Manager to drive the progress of assigned projects * Participates in refinement and planning Agile ceremonies to ensure clarity and alignment * Contributes to writing clear and comprehensive acceptance criteria * Performs other duties as assigned to support product and development teams Qualifications

What You Will Have * Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred * 3 or more years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst or a similar role in a technology-driven environment * Excellent understanding of Agile methodologies with hands-on working in Agile Scrum teams * Proven track record in prioritization, stakeholder management and team leadership * Proficient in analytic tools and techniques with exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Gherkin, or similar tools Nice to Haves * Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) * Experience with insurance claims processing, revenue cycle management, or similar The posted range for this position is$63,000 - $90,000which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a7.5%bonusnot reflected in the posted range.
