You will join a four-person team reporting to the Head of M&A, engaging closely with Business Group Presidents, corporate functions, and strategy heads. Your key responsibilities

  • Supporting and Execution of acquisitions, divestments, and joint ventures.

  • Contribute to the formulation and implementation of corporate and business group strategies that may result in M&A transactions.

  • Assist in shaping recommendations presented to the Executive Committee on matters related to M&A transactions, business development initiatives, capital investments, and performance enhancement projects.

You bring

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working M&A experience (investment bank, private equity, strategy consulting, transactional services).

  • Master's level education in Economics, Finance, Business or related field.

  • Strong problem-solving skills, including structuring, analytics, and project management.

  • Proficiency in financial analysis, including P&L accounts, Balance Sheets, Cash Flow Statements, and valuation models.

  • Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, with the ability to lead effectively at all levels of the organization

  • Fluency in English and ideally one additional language (German, French, or Dutch).
