SUMMARY
The Security Operations Manager oversees all aspects of Central Station Operations, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and compliance in a 24/7 monitoring center. This role requires strong leadership, decision-making, and process adherence to maintain high performance through Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Quality of Service (QoS), and operational standards.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead, train, and develop Central Station Operators, ensuring high performance and engagement.
Monitor and improve KPIs, including alarm processing time, operator accuracy, and service efficiency.
Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry standards.
Manage incident escalation, ensuring timely resolution and proper documentation.
Optimize workflows and implement process improvements to enhance operational effectiveness.
Provide reporting and insights on performance trends and compliance status.
Ensure compliance with standards for central station operations Communication
Other duties may be assigned as business needs require.
COMPETENCIES/REQUIREMENTS:
Proven leadership experience in a monitoring center, call center, or security operations.
Strong decision-making skills with the ability to manage escalated situations.
Proficiency in monitoring software, reporting tools, and data analysis.
Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
Flexible availability, including overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts.
Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for training and safety management.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $78,000
