Job Title: Fabrication Lead

Job Description

Assist the Production Supervisor in achieving departmental goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to assign tasks and ensure team engagement.

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

• Monitor and facilitate material movement and handle materials as needed.

• Act as a backup to the Production Supervisor and rotate with other leads.

• Aid on production lines and manage customer orders.

• Ensure compliance with plant policies and interpret blueprints.

• Facilitate training for new, contract, and current employees.

• Audit and report on production aspects like safety and quality.

• Work with Engineering on drawing inconsistencies and identify improvement opportunities.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment

1st shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Very clean and climate-controlled facility.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.79/hr.
