Job Title: Fabrication Lead
Job Description
Assist the Production Supervisor in achieving departmental goals related to safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Production Supervisor to assign tasks and ensure team engagement.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership.
Monitor and facilitate material movement and handle materials as needed.
Act as a backup to the Production Supervisor and rotate with other leads.
Aid on production lines and manage customer orders.
Ensure compliance with plant policies and interpret blueprints.
Facilitate training for new, contract, and current employees.
Audit and report on production aspects like safety and quality.
Work with Engineering on drawing inconsistencies and identify improvement opportunities.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Work Environment
1st shift: 6am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday. Very clean and climate-controlled facility.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.79/hr.
