Robert Half has partnered with a dynamic Global manufacturing company seeking a Human Resources Manager. As the Human Resources Manager, you will be responsible for directly supervising 1 HR professional. Responsibilities include providing support to key leaders in the facility, coaching conversations, employee engagement and employee relations. Strong focus positive leadership, team development and strategic HR projects. The ideal Human Resource Manager would have 3+ Yrs. of progressive HR experience and have vast knowledge of employee investigations and relations. Requirements

5+years of experience in HR manager position

manufacturing experience huge plus
