We are seeking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage final quality control processes

  • Manage trainings of team and instructions of quality processes

  • Prepare reports of final quality processes and non-conformities

  • Lean tools knowledge experience is preferred

  • Evaluate customer complaints received from the after-sales department and taking related actions

  • Follow weekly production schedules and plan the quality controls

  • Check the FLC’s prepared monthly in the Quality Control department

  • Prepare reports on quality KPI’s and issues

  • Manage quality team and processes of distribution transformer production

  • Manage the problem solving activities

Qualifications:

  • Higher Education degree in Metallurgical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent programs

  • Preferably 5-6 years of work experience in quality control departments

  • Lean tools experience is preferred

  • MSA, SPC, APQP&PPAP and FMEA experience

  • Experience in medium voltage, high voltage products is preferred

  • Experience in quality control tools

  • Strong quality control management skills

  • Strong organizational, communication and time management skills

  • Experience about problem solving tools

  • Control plan, procedure, calibration management experience

  • System audit, Process audit, product audit experience is preferred.

  • SAP Quality tool knowledge is preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
