Boston Scientific Senior Commercial Data Analyst, Corporate Accounts in Arden Hills, Minnesota

About the role: Boston Scientific's Corporate Accounts division is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Data Analyst - Corporate Accounts to support our data product development efforts. In this role, you will create impactful data visualizations and tools to support multiple functions within the Corporate Accounts division. You will partner closely with the field sales team and Corporate Accounts Sales Operations teams, focusing on enhancing user experience and user interface to deliver data-driven solutions and drive process efficiencies. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop the data operating model for Corporate Accounts, including governance, workflow, roles, and responsibilities necessary for effective and efficient delivery. Develop and design interactive Tableau dashboards and reports to effectively tell the business's story through data visualization, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and impactful insights for stakeholders. Provide training and support for end users. Work with stakeholders to understand their data needs, convert them into data visualizations, and prioritize a project plan based on strategic goals and value. Coordinate with divisional data product managers and IT to determine data requirements for project work, identify and resolve data inconsistency issues as they arise, help prioritize critical defects, and provide support and alternative solutions. Communicate project status, data insights, and technical concepts clearly to business stakeholders, executives, and end-users. Stay up to date on industry trends on newest technologies and platforms for data analytics. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, OR equivalent technical and professional experience. 3+ years experience in analyzing complex datasets, developing insightful visualizations, and creating impactful analytical tools and reports. Expert-level proficiency in SQL, capable of handling complex queries, enhancing database performance, and deriving actionable insights from large-scale data. Experience with Modern Data Stack (MDS) tools, particularly Snowflake, or similar cutting-edge data technologies.
