About the Role: As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to devise and execute talent acquisition strategies that align with our global business objectives. This pivotal role offers the chance to lead a team of skilled talent acquisition professionals and be part of a dynamic Center of Excellence. Key Responsibilities and Competencies: Build Talent Acquisition Strategies Partner with key stakeholders to map out current and future talent landscapes, identifying talent gaps and strategizing on how to bridge them effectively. Drive the talent acquisition strategy, ensuring alignment with global business goals and delivering a roadmap for sustained talent pipeline development. Utilize both quantitative and qualitative data to lead talent acquisition strategies and achieve hiring objectives within specific business divisions. Partner with internal stakeholders on succession planning, talent reviews, and assessments to understand talent gaps and future talent need and strategize accordingly to deliver talent pipelines. Collaborate with Centers of Excellence such asTalent Analytics and Insights, Talent Management, DE&I to drive execution of key initiatives. Enhance and Transform Talent Acquisition Function Serve as a subject matter expert on recruitment, staying ahead of industry trends, competitive landscapes, and legal developments. Harness the power of data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of the talent acquisition function. Innovate and integrate recruitment processes that enhance the candidate experience and showcase our commitment to excellence. Keep abreast of the latest advancements in recruitment technology to continuously refine our talent acquisition strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Effectively manage special TA projects as required. Diversify and Upskill our Team/Company Champion diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging by embedding these values into every facet of the talent acquisition process. Drive the adoption and usage of cutting-edge talent acquisition technology, ensuring our team stays at the forefront of recruitment innovation. Managing a team of recruiters with a focus on professional development and retention, and coaching on hiring manager communication, candidate relationship development, andproper execution of recruitment practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition. 1+ years' experience managing, mentoring and developing a team of talent acquisition professionals including monitoring performance through use of data, metrics, process improvement and strategy execution Proficiency in using AI technologies and advanced recruitment tools. Experience working in a matrix-centric environment. Excellent communication skills for working in a multi-business environment. Demonstrated ability to learn and understand multiple areas of the business efficiently. Proven track record of sourcing and attracting top diverse talent. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) compliance. Strong passion for using social media and digital channels for recruitment. Excep ional track record of integrity and a proactive approach to driving strategic business decisions. Prior experience in project management and leading significant talent acquisition initiatives. A strategic mindset with a passion for building global talent acquisition frameworks. A track record of developing and implementing successful talent acquisition strategies. Strong leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams. An analytical approach to decision-making, backed by a deep understanding of talent acquisition metrics.
