Lockheed Martin Administrative Assistant - PAC-3 Production - Arlington, TX in Arlington, Texas

You will be an Administrative Assistant for the PAC-3 Production Program Management Staff in Arlington, Texas.

What You Will Be Doing

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for performing administrative duties in an efficient and effective manner, allowing program personnel to focus on significant program-related issues. You will work closely with the PAC-3 Production Director's Administrative Assistant and other directorate administrative staff

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing administrative support to program personnel

• Assisting and backing up the PAC-3 Production Director's Administrative Assistant as needed

• Coordinating travel arrangements, completing expense reports, and managing calendars

• Maintaining office supplies and equipment

• Interfacing with program personnel in Dallas and other Missiles & Fire Control (MFC) locations

• Scheduling conference rooms and meetings

• Preparing formal correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools

• Maintaining SharePoint and Team sites, as well as Excel calendars and conference room calendars

Basic Qualifications:

• Computer skills with knowledge and exposure to Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Due to facility requirements, all candidates must be U.S. citizens

Desired Skills:

• Microsoft Teams and SharePoint experience

• Lockheed Martin expense reporting

• Corporate travel system experience

• Have or able to obtain a security clearance

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
