Responsibilities:

• Responsible for accuracy and consistency ofdatamanagement, developing and maintainingdatastandards, and ensuringdatais protected and compliant with company regulations and standards.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
• Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.

Required Qualifications:

• Hiring for various career levels!
• 3-10 years of relevantexperiencewith a bachelorsdegree. (A combination of years ofexperienceand professional certifications/trainings can be used in lieu of adegree)
• Active TS/SCIClearance.
• At least five (5) years ofexperienceindatamanagement,datagovernance, ordatastewardship roles, preferably in a complex organizational environment.
• Proficient inSQLand have foundational understanding ofdatabase technologies with the ability to analyze and profiledata.
• Familiarity withdataprivacy regulations and their impact ondatamanagement practices.
• Strong understanding ofdatamanagement principals,datagovernance frameworks, anddataquality concepts.
• Possess excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross functional teams and stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and adept at problem solving to addressdata-related issues and coordinate the implementation ofdataimprovement initiatives.
• Stay up to date with industrytrendsand emerging best practices indatamanagement, governance, quality and stewardship.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze complexdatalandscapes, identifydatarisks, and define mitigation strategies.
• Excellent documentation and organizational skills to maintaindatagovernance artifacts and support audits and compliance requirements.
