Business Analyst, IBM Corporation, Armonk, NY and various unanticipated client sites throughout the US: Gather requirements, design, and plan for projects. Provide testing support, implementation, and post implementation support. Monitor electricity outage from applications. Create functional specification document, Low Level Design Document (LLD) and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for new changes. Plan and deploy application upgrades with latest features. Co-ordinate with the teams around production incidents to ensure their timely resolution and recovery. Perform root cause analysis and provide solutions to prevent the re-occurrence of the same issue. Follow process for production and lower environments deployment.
