Job Title: BIM Designer

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with expertise in setups, modeling, and liaison with an architect's BIM team. The ideal candidate will have experience in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ICT systems. This role offers the flexibility to work remotely from any state, with a preference for candidates based in Colorado or Florida. You also have the option to work from our offices located in Arvada, Colorado; Colorado Springs, Colorado; Melbourne, Florida; or St. Petersburg, Florida.

Responsibilities

• Set up BIM models and coordinate with the architect's BIM team.

• Perform detailed modeling for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and ICT systems.

• Collaborate with the engineering team on large data center projects.

• Ensure self-sufficiency, particularly when working remotely.

• Maintain a high level of proficiency in Revit and BIM.

• Assist with drafting or designing commercial MEP systems.

Essential Skills

• Proficiency in Revit and BIM (minimum 5 years of experience).

• Experience in drafting or designing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or ICT systems.

• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without constant supervision.

• Understanding of electrical circuiting or mechanical ductwork principles.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with AutoCAD is a plus.

• Experience in commercial projects.

• Electrical, ICT, mechanical, or plumbing experience.

• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with the team.

Work Environment

This position offers a highly flexible work environment with options to work remotely or from our offices in Colorado and Florida. Enjoy up to 250 days of PTO per year, with additional hours accrued for each year of service, potentially reaching up to 330 hours. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $40.00/hr.
