Position Summary

The Program Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating key aspects of administrative support for Center for Excellence in Digital Health Equity, COEDHE

Minimum Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field

  • Certification or experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator or similar role.

  • Experience in patient education and support.

  • Strong communication skills for interfacing with research participants, staff, and external stakeholders.

  • Competency with electronic medical records and care delivery technology platforms

    Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in a related field.

  • Extensive knowledge and training in Good Clinical Practice ( GCP ).

  • Experience in managing clinical trials and research projects.

  • Proficient in data management and auditing clinical operations.

  • Proven ability in training and guiding staff.

Job Duties

Description of Job Duty

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage significant elements for the coordination and development of the Center for Excellence in Digital Health Equity.

  • Manage the support of the research projects associated with the Center for Excellence in Digital Health Equity.

  • Facilitate partnerships with internal and external stakeholders seeking to work with the Center for Excellence in Digital Health Equity.

  • Oversee data management, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

  • Interface with research programs, addressing concerns and managing protocol-related issues.

  • Working with coordinating the activities of students as part of a Internship Program

  • Coordinate administrative support for the Center for Excellence in Digital Health Equity

  • Implement recruitment strategies for research participants and implement retention techniques for long-term trials.

  • Provide leadership and corrective actions to improve processes and operations.

  • Monitor and manage IRB submissions, study sponsor interactions, and report SAEs while resolving study queries.

  • Working on developing and supporting the COEDHE Advisory Board

  • Support the coordination associated with the COEDHE Podcast Series

Immunization Requirements

It is MSM’s Immunization policy that all Prospective Employees are required to provide proof that they are vaccinated against COVID -19 prior to commencement of employment. If employment will commence during Flu Season, MSM requires all individuals to provide proof that they are vaccinated against Seasonal Influenza for the current Flu Season, unless granted an exemption. Failure to provide proof of vaccination for any required vaccines or obtain an exemption from MSM will result in rescission of a candidate’s offer of employment or disciplinary action up to and including termination.
