Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.

  • Experience in supply chain operations or transportation industry.

  • Experience within planning, implementing, warehouse operations, or logistics solutions management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.

  • Experience with business case development, value propositions that showcase the potential impact of solutions on key business metrics.

  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into a story for senior leadership.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze logistics issues and develop solutions.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Global Logistics Synchronization team's mission is to improve the visibility, capabilities, and processes for the Operations team in order to help serve customers through logistics and operations planning, warehouse footprint strategy and planning, inventory stewardship and control, warehouse process and capability improvement, EHS and Security oversight and order tracking and tracing.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $139,000-$207,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Review, interpret, and present data to manage programs and drive stakeholder decision-making in support of delivering warehouse, labor, and transportation planning work to senior leadership.

  • Oversee the integration of cross-functional or cross-organizational program timelines, develop process improvements and recommendations, and help define operational goals and objectives.

  • Coordinate resources and provide technical leadership with long-term objectives, enabling the business to identify and prioritize projects and programs.

  • Own outcomes for cross-functional programs as a key lead, owning work related to overall project/program management (e.g., risk management, communications, and planning).

  • Lead implementation and propose/implement changes for continuous improvement.
