Insight Global Scrum Master/Agile Coach in Atlanta, Georgia

Job Description

Responsible for end-to-end management and delivery for programs of high complexity across multiple departments within a single business unit. Facilitates Agile Scrum Master and Waterfall service deliveries, leads and directs the Program efforts that are functionally aligned. Responsible for the end-to-end integration of various projects under these initiatives in order to deliver the holistic program of projects, the position specific responsibilities include:

Manages Portfolio of Programs

Leads and manages program efforts including regular updates, tracking, escalations and other program management related tasks.

Removes impediments to the ability of the team to deliver and is keenly focused on the activities and progress of the service delivery team.

Executes PMO related tasks for Program standards and governance to ensure policies and best practices are followed through the portfolio of programs.

Timeline and Budget/Expenses

Obtain and align resources to key project roles; establish clearly defined responsibilities and accountabilities

Oversight/Manage/Lead project execution, integration and implementation

Risk Management and Mitigation Planning

Readiness/Change Adoption/Stakeholder Management

Quality Assurance, ensure that all applicable change requirements are satisfied

Acts as the primary point of contact for the program

PMO knowledge and experience

Reporting and tracking expertise

Required Skills

Strong/senior Program Management Skills

PMO Certified with PMO experience

Agile Scrum Master Skills

Waterfall Delivery Methods

MS Project, MS Excel and MS Power Point

Ability to work with others and communicate all all levels including from project up to SLT/Executives.

Ability to manage the successful execution of programs tracking multiple project teams

A proven track record in a similar role

Good interpersonal skills; positive attitude; team player; flexible

Must be able to face off to business and technology leaders

Strog written and verbal communication skills, able to lead meetings, follow-up, negotiate and resolve ambiguity

Keen attention to detail and strong sense of ownership and accountability for work

Motivated to work closely and cooperatively with other team members of varying levels of seniority and experience

Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work with little to no supervision Experience of large-scale complex programs
