Key Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Manager, you’ll oversee the organization, inventory, and distribution of equipment and materials to support restoration and construction operations. Working closely with the Director of Operations and field teams, you’ll ensure seamless logistics coordination and operational efficiency. Here’s a snapshot of your responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock levels, and implement control measures to prevent shortages or excess supplies.

  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all tools, machinery, and equipment are properly maintained, repaired, and ready for deployment.

  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule and oversee deliveries, returns, and distribution of materials to job sites in a timely manner.

  • Warehouse Organization: Optimize storage layouts and implement best practices to improve workflow efficiency and safety.

  • Team Supervision: Lead warehouse personnel, delegate tasks, and ensure adherence to safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Education & Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in logistics, supply chain, or a related field is a plus. 1 to 3 years of related experience and supervisory experience.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Leadership Abilities: Strong supervisory skills with experience in managing warehouse staff and coordinating logistics operations.

  • Organizational Excellence: Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and optimize warehouse efficiency

  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively coordinate with teams and stakeholders.

  • Warehouse Knowledge: Thorough understanding of warehouse policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

  • Bilingual Proficiency: Must be fluent in English and Spanish.

  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritize workload.

  • Decision-Making Ability: Capable of making informed decisions under pressure.

  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring accuracy in inventory management and logistics coordination.

  • Strong Work Ethic: Self-motivated with a commitment to excellence.
