REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 04/28/2025-10/25/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 7 hours per day, Sat, 5 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 75 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Workers will assist with agricultural services, including but not limited to planting, detasseling, rogueing, removing rocks, hoeing weeds, and removing volunteer plants from seed corn production fields. Seed corn sorting, including, but not limited to, watching corn on conveyor belt, return corn to husker that still has husk, discard byproducts, bagging, diseased ears or off types, cleaning up the sorting work area, bin filling, unloading trucks, etc. Corn Detasselling: DURING DETASSELLING NO WORKER WILL BE ALLOWED TO BEGIN WORK WITHOUT THEIR ASSIGNED SAFETY GEAR: Workers will walk along assigned row of seed corn and removes remaining tassels from stalks on both sides of row. Care must be taken to remove tassel completely without damaging stalks. Perform any other duties involved in detasselling and rogueing of seed corn and maintenance of fields and production areas. Rogueing & Weeding: Workers will walk seed fields to identify and remove rogue plants and discarding them as directed.
