Sodexo is seeking a strategic and experience General Manager 4 - Food to lead all aspects of food and nutrition operations at AtlantiCare City Campus in Atlantic City, NJ . This role will oversee retail operations, patient dining services, and culinary production, ensuring high quality service, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What You'll Do

• have oversight of day-to-day operations

• deliver high quality food services including retail, catering and patient meal management operations

• achieve company and client financial targets and goals

• develop and maintain client and customer relationships (i.e., comfortable in c-suite settings where communication skills are imperative when serving as top level site management)

• develop strategic plans

• ensure HACCP, regulatory and standards compliance

• ensure Sodexo standards are met
