Job Title: Assembler - $18-20/HR

Job Description

We are seeking dedicated individuals to support our warehouse operations in the assembly of professional car washing systems. As an assembler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the production departments can maintain their value-added activities without interruption. You will be responsible for performing accurate measurements, operating various tools, reading blueprints, and assembling parts into sub-units or complete units.

Responsibilities

• Familiarity with calipers, micrometers, and other measurement instruments to perform accurate measurements to part specifications.

• Operate drills, saws, and tape measures.

• Read blueprints and perform quality control on parts.

• Use blueprints and design sketches to ensure proper dimensions and tolerance levels of the finished product.

• Assemble parts into sub-units or complete units as required.

• Have the authority and responsibility to stop production when nonconforming parts are detected.

• Follow safe manufacturing and material handling practices with adherence to PPE requirements.

• Follow written and verbal details to complete assignments.

• Understand and adhere to company 5S standards.

• Monday through Friday, 7:00 am - 3:30 pm

Essential Skills

• 1 year of assembly experience

• Mechanically inclined

• Attention to detail

• Ability to read blueprints

• Familiarity with measurement instruments

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Steel toe boots

• Experience with hand tools

• Ability to handle materials

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
