Pepsi Beverages North America (PBNA) is PepsiCo's beverage manufacturing, sales and distribution operating unit in the United States and Canada. This position will be part of the North America Beverage organization. Responsibilities * The Sales Manager for Food Service will lead a team of FSR's to execute a selling strategy in assigned Food Service restaurant accounts. Successful candidates will manage key customer relationships both internally and externally, including customer agreements that deliver against internal operating plans and customer expectations. * Lead and train a team of FSR's to exceed goals and sales within defined territories. * Maximize volume and revenue in key assigned food service accounts by utilizing fact-based selling methods * Execute existing customer contracts and own the renewal * Alignment with customer on executional framework to include quarterly meetings, shared/published tactics and regular report out to Pepsi leadership teams and field teams * Build and maintain strategic partnerships with customers and drive customer satisfaction through superior service and execution * Activate local and national marketplace initiatives and promotions to build brand development and maximize brand performance * Ensure customers are complying with PBC contract requirements * Work closely with the Selling Operations team to improve overall customer satisfaction * Analyze customer information and business trends using IRI and Nielsen data to identify and expand business opportunities * Understand the impact of sales and financial decisions on PepsiCo Food Service and Bottler P&L's * Provide business reviews on a regular basis * Responsible for coordinating fountain, bottle and can and supply income growth Compensation & Benefits: * The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650 based on a full-time schedule. * Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary. * Bonus based on performance and eligibility; target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. * Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement. * In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan.
