Job Description:

The primary focus of the person filling this position will be to enable and optimize the departments use of existing automation platforms available in our cloud environment (currently Microsoft 365), enhance our unstructured data (document management) practices through development of a common data environment in SharePoint and provide support for all user-built applications in the platform. The individual will keep current on policies and rules implemented through the power platform governance process. The administrator will work with an innovations team to play a part in discovering processes that may benefit from the adoption of generative AI solutions.

Other duties include supporting a migration of the department's intranet to Sharepoint, tracking automation projects, facilitating business process analysis, ensuring data integrity and system and data security measures are followed in accordance with policies.

To be minimally qualified for this position candidates must provide evidence of the following experience:

A combination of formal education (undergraduate to graduate level), training, and/or experience demonstrating proficiency and seasoning in business systems analysis, development, and configuration. Additional specialized education and/or experience may be required in related fields such as finance, taxes, computer technology, or other subject matter directly related to the specific position.
