Your Role:

  • Perform initial and ongoing assessments of patients to develop personalized treatment plans.

  • Implement treatment plans using appropriate therapeutic modalities and techniques.

  • Document patient progress, including subjective, objective, and assessment findings.

  • Educate and counsel patients and their families/caregivers on rehabilitation strategies and goals.

  • Assist with patient discharge planning, including recommendations for adaptive equipment and continued care.

  • Supervise and delegate tasks to Physical Therapy Assistants as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Maine State Physical Therapy license (or eligibility to obtain) required.

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification preferred.

  • Strong clinical skills and a passion for patient-centered care.

  • Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team and in a flexible work environment.
