Wagner Equipment Co. Aerial Sales Representative - RENTA004656 in Aurora, Colorado

Wagner Rental Services is seeking a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Aerial Sales Representative. In this role, the Aerial Sales Representative will provide expert advice, generate equipment rentals, and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The primary focus will be on assisting clients in selecting the right aerial lift equipment for their specific project requirements and ensuring smooth rental transactions from start to finish. Pay Rate: Base Pay + Commissions

Pay Rate Dependent on education and experience. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.Prepares daily sales calls/progress reports documentation Collaborate with the rental sales team to develop customer sales strategies to increase market share and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) in the aerial rental space. Schedule appointments with offices and job sites and accompany territory representatives on planned ride-a-longs to identify opportunities and generate leads. Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and potential customers and the internal QRS team to maximize equipment rentals and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Stay updated on rental rates, terms, products, and competitive strengths and weaknesses in the market, maintaining a deep understanding of industry trends and performance. Prepare comprehensive management reports and presentations for internal management, partners, and customers as needed. Communicate qualified information and opportunities to the appropriate Territory Representative, Branch Manager, or Sales Manager to facilitate effective follow-up and sales closure. Conduct regular visits to QRS branches, Territory Representatives, customer offices, and job sites to strengthen relationships and identify business growth opportunities. Consistently and effectively utilize company-provided management tools, such as Sales Link, Dodge, Rouse, etc Provide guidance on proper equipment usage, safety guidelines, and necessary training to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment. Required Education and Experience: High school diploma 10+ years experience with Aerial equipment sales and customer development Valid driver's license. Ability and willingness to travel as required. Familiarity with industry safety regulations and operational requirements, including ANSI A92 MEWP standards.
