Responsibilities
Lead generation activities including social media interactions, email, phone, and in-person meetings
Build and maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities
Win new logos for EPAM that deliver the sales revenue targets
Manage all business development pipeline activities in CRM, clearly and punctually
Oversee preparation of business' value propositions, sales plans, RFPs/RFQs/ RFIs
Prepare Basic SOW’s
Adequately brief EPAM Counsel on main legal business issues for MSA negotiations
Be involved in pricing strategies, cost estimates, and contract negotiations
Coordinate with Marketing on external sales-related events and attend trade shows
Requirements
Dynamic and full of energy
Previous sales experience
Strong interest in software development processes
Ability to work independently
Possess excellent negotiation and people skills
Expected to have abilities to learn quickly
Clear and good communicator, who is able to maintain good working relationships with various shareholders and work in a fast-paced environment, with strict timescales

Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $95k– $155k.
