Our client, a leader in the electro-mechanical assembly industry, is seeking an Electrical/Mechanical Technician to join their team. As an Electrical/Mechanical Technician, you will be part of the production department supporting collaborative efforts with engineers and leadership. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Assemble cable harnesses and electronic components into mechanical assemblies according to technical drawings and specifications.
Utilize measuring instruments such as digital calipers and torque wrenches to ensure precision and compliance with specifications.
Read and interpret engineering prints, schematics, and assembly instructions to accurately complete tasks.
Identify and report discrepancies or issues with prints to engineers or leadership, providing feedback for resolution.
Inspect and test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards and functional requirements.
What's Needed?
Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly, including working with cable harnesses and electronic components.
Proficiency in using digital calipers, torque wrenches, and other precision measurement tools.
Ability to read and interpret technical prints, diagrams, and schematics.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with engineers and leadership.
