Key Responsibilities:

• Lead completion of Oracle ERP/EPM/PPM implementation from planning to execution.

• Collaborate and coordinate with System Integration partner (project manager) for project plan development and execution.

• Coordinate across the team to execute to defined project scope, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Specifically coordinate across internal Cytel cross-functional team, ensuring resources are aware of tasks, timelines, and accountabilities.

• Run the project core team meetings, creating an open environment to identify / raise risks and work with the team to identify mitigations.

• Keep the steering committee apprised of progress, scope issues, budget burn, and risks.

• Ensure that change management strategies are coordinated to promote adoption and ensure process efficiency.

• Manage third-party vendors and implementation partners, ensuring project milestones, compliance, and quality assurance.

This is a remote contract role (8 months) requiring occasional onsite presence in Cambridge, MA during key project milestones.

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of project management experience in global ERP implementations (Oracle preferred).

• Expertise in multi-country operations, compliance, and localization.

• PMP certification required.

• At least 7 years project management experience on complex projects across geographies.
