Daily oversight and management of the TACC sponsored project portfolio to include all actions handled by Post-Award in both UTRMS and *Define. Actions include but are not limited to award entry into UTRMS, establishing financial accounts in the OSP portfolio, reviewing and approving expenditures, supporting TACC in problem solving issues, and maintaining financial trackers and reporting to sponsors.Regularly provide support and direction to TACC to ensure compliance with UT System, University, state and federal rules, regulations and laws as they relate to the sponsored projects in the TACC and OSP portfolio.Participates and collaborates in meetings with TACC, sponsors, OSP leadership, and University units as needed to help mitigate potential hurdles.Works closely with the Associate Director of Post-Award and provides regular updates.Special projects as assigned by Associate Director of Post-Award.
