Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic plans for the HXM portfolio, ensuring alignment with client business objectives and delivering measurable outcomes.

• Manage a portfolio of SAP SuccessFactors projects, overseeing the entire project lifecycle from planning and execution to delivery and support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, understand their business needs, and provide tailored SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, ensuring they meet client requirements and adhere to industry best practices.

• Manage and mentor a team of SAP consultants, project managers, and other professionals, fostering a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

• Identify and mitigate risks associated with the HXM portfolio, implementing proactive measures to ensure project success.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the portfolio, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to enhance service delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, SAP SuccessFactors certifications) is a plus.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in SAP project management and solution delivery, with at least 5 years focused on SAP SuccessFactors.

• Proficient in SAP SuccessFactors modules and solutions, with a strong understanding of HXM processes and best practices.

• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams with excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

• Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze complex business issues and develop effective solutions.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.

• In-depth knowledge of human capital management and HXM trends, challenges, and regulatory requirements.

• PMP certification or equivalent, with a track record of successful project delivery.

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $114,200 - $212,000.

Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the DXC benefit program.
