Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Welder with experience in structural steel to join our team. You will be welding steel beams and panels in a fabrication shop environment. You will be responsible for using hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components, as well as filling holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products. The ideal candidate will have expertise in structural steel welding and the ability to read blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Perform Dual Shield and MIG welding tasks.
• Weld steel beams and panels in a fabrication shop environment.
• Use hand-welding or flame-cutting equipment to weld or join metal components.
• Fill holes, indentations, or seams of fabricated metal products.

Essential Skills

• Experience in structural steel welding.
• Familiar with blueprints
• Proficiency with measuring tools.
• Skills in dual shield and MIG welding.

Additional Skills and Qualifications

• Experience with flame-cutting equipment.
• Buffing and grinding equipment.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
