Our Residential Program Coordinator position may be a great fit for you!We're looking for an energetic person to work with people who live in our homes as a Qualified Intellectual Disabilities Professional (QIDP). In this role, the Program Coordinator (PC) will develop a Life Plan for each person they support. These plans are Person Centered and set the Valued Outcomes that staff will be working on with each person during the year. To ensure these supports are provided correctly, the PC will provide training to employees on the person's Valued Outcomes and then observe staff implementing goals and reviewing documentation.The Life Plan is the key to what supports and services a person receives. It's an opportunity help people work toward achieving meaningful goals.
