CAE USA INC Simulator Technician in Bandar Seri Begawan, United States
About This Role
As a Simulator Technician, you will work closely with the Senior Simulator Technician and assist in maintaining the flight simulators in proper operational order. You will work through liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, to ensure the simulators are set up for use, being a contact point on site and working through any troubleshooting or repairs that are required.
This role will report into the Supervisor Technician and is based in our Brunei multi-purpose training centre (MPTC).
The role we are offering you
Perform maintenance work in accordance with the Training Centre Operations Manual.
Perform logistics functions, including replacement of items and repairs of simulator hardware
Support the customer in resolution of software and/or hardware discrepancies
Exercise due diligence to ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed by all employees, contractors and visitors.
Our ideal candidate has:
Degree is electronics or avionics, or similar
Experience as a Simulator Technician or similar maintenance technician role in Avionics
Ability to develop and sustain positive relationships with stakeholders
Strong problem solving skills
