As the Corporate Finance & Account Manager, you will:

• Oversee general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, Payroll, FA) to ensure smooth day-to-day accounting and month/year-end book closure

• Prepare statutory financial statements and audit support along with general ledger review, financial analysis and reporting

• Partner with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure compliance with Indian direct and indirect tax regulations and reporting, including GST, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing

• Prepare and file tax returns (GT, TDS, Income Tax, etc.) ensuring timely payments to tax authorities

• Review and manage tax audits and coordinate with external auditors to ensure compliance

• Advise on tax planning, structuring and implications of various business decisions from a tax perspective

Requirements:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) and member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

• 10+ years of finance and accounting experience in India-specific tax laws including GST, Income Tax, STPI and Transfer pricing with at least 5 years in a leadership role

• Experience in handling tax audits, compliances (FEMA, MCA, RBI) and liaising with tax authorities

• Proficient in ERP systems, e.g., SAP, Oracle and Microsoft Excel

• In-depth understanding of direct and indirect tax compliance in India with knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and US GAAP

• Experience in managing finance for a subsidiary of an international company, preferably in the IT industry
