What is the job about?

Responsible for Karnataka Industry Sales, Dealer management and achieving Monthly and yearly sales target. Conducting various marketing activities and providing necessary technical support to Dealer Sales team. Handling of sales within assigned business scope /Framework of the strategies and policies of the company

Key Accountability

  • Realize individual sales target. Implementation of sales policies, procedures and systems to ensure compliance with corporate policies and provide working guidelines for the sales team.

  • This position is part of the Grundfos India – South Sales team and will be responsible for Industry Sales Karnataka and Location will be Bangalore.

  • Develop and maintain dealer network, develop dealer’s competency in collaboration with Channel management.

  • Develop a designated customer base including preparation plans, budgets and promotional activity.

  • Build up and maintain good relationship with All external stakeholders, including end users, design institute, consulting firms, authorities, and etc.

  • According to sales target, work out sales strategy and action plan in the specific business area of the specific region.

  • Monitor account receivable balance monthly; follow up with customers on outstanding balances and ensure that customers pay as per terms to assist ensure cash flow and reduce potential bad debts. Develop the existing customer on quotation, submission and marketing activities.

  • To Identify /Develop new Industrial application areas, business area and new customers.

  • Project pipelines follow up.

  • Get update marketing status & report to direct.

  • Update CRM tool on sales order, opportunity, quotation, and activities.

  • Input Customer master data update.

Your background :

We imagine that you have:

  • Bachelor of Engineering with about 6-10 years of Professional Experience

  • Experience driving developed process within Industry segment.

  • Ability of lead process in project progress and business process

  • Good technical knowledge of products, system, and local regulation

  • Currently handling around 3-5 Cr (30-50 million INR) plus Business Revenue.

  • Must have industry sales background and Project sales experience.

  • Having experience in Pumps, Valves, Steam, HVAC, or Air handling equipment sales.

  • Open minded to new ideas and eye for identifying the opportunities.

  • Multi Dealer Handling in same territory to resolve the conflict.
