Position Summary

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Growth Enablement Team (GET) is a robust sales support team with the goals of improving sales experiences, efficiency, and success rates. GET provides support across three key areas: technology, reporting and analytics; sales enablement and education (e.g., presentations, sales education); and prospecting and pursuit support. This remote team consists of US and India-based team members, and our team is eager to grow our India team.

The purpose of the India-based Sales Technology and Analytics pod is to help Huron’s sales data and reporting to help give insights into sales performance, maintain current sales technology governance, and provide actionable data to inform future initiatives.

The Sales Reporting Senior Analyst will be a key player in supporting Huron's sales activities by providing data analytics, sales forecasting, and the development of reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Power BI, and Microsoft Excel. This role will also involve converting data analytics into executive PowerPoint reports and leadership deliverables.A successful candidate for the Sales Reporting Specialist will be able to manage a variety of reporting and data tasks with deadlines that often require a quick turnaround, will have strong attention to detail and quality, and be personally motivated to support Growth Enablement Teams (GET) in meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists with activities related to the below tasks:

  • Sales Data Analytics: Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide actionable insights to support sales strategy and performance.

  • Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain accurate sales forecasts. Work closely with sales leaders to ensure alignment with business goals and market conditions.

  • Salesforce Report and Dashboard Development: Create, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards. Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for sales teams and leadership.

  • Executive Reporting: Convert complex data and analytics into clear, concise executive PowerPoint reports. Prepare leadership deliverables that effectively communicate key insights and recommendations.

  • Reporting Development: Develop and manage reporting tools using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel. Ensure the timely delivery of high-quality reports and visualizations.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with sales leaders and Growth Enablement Teams to gather requirements, understand business needs, and deliver tailored analytics solutions.

  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in sales analytics and reporting. Continuously seek opportunities to enhance processes and tools.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

This position will require excellent attention to detail, expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and organizational skills. This individual must be deadline and detail oriented and have the ability to collaborate across all levels and roles supporting sales analytics and reporting efforts.

  • Technical Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSAs) and Background

  • Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales analytics, data analysis, or a related role

  • Proven experience with Salesforce report and dashboard development

  • Proficiency in Power BI and Excel for data analysis and reporting.

  • Excellent skills in creating executive PowerPoint reports and leadership deliverables., and applying brand standards

  • Proficient in written and oral English

  • Ability to work across time zones

  • Technical Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Expertise in Salesforce, Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Familiarity with data visualization best practices and tools.

  • Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to think analytically about data, identify patterns, and extract actionable insights from data sources

  • Ability to translate and represent complex data visually using charts, graphs, and pie charts Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals of varying work styles and levels.

  • Ability to prioritize workload and to make strategic decisions about what to accomplish when faced with competing needs.

  • Willingness to learn new tools, skills, and processes.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a sales operations or sales enablement role.

  • Knowledge of CRM systems and data management best practices.

  • Certification in Salesforce, Power BI, or related analytics tools.
