Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Associate Marketing Specialist is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the coordination and management of all aspects of marketing.

This role participates in the development of marketing campaigns, targeted programs, internal and external communications, partner marketing, sales content and/or pipeline development activities.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assists with the coordination and execution of marketing campaigns.

  • Works closely with the Marketing team to help with the development and execution of marketing activities in line with business objectives and revenue targets.

  • Helps with the maintenance of the marketing activity calendar and supporting information.

  • Helps the marketing activity owners to perform the readiness planning that ensures that all stakeholders understand the campaign mechanisms, timing, requirements and metrics.

  • Works closely with relevant stakeholders, to help with the tracking and measurement of the success of these demand generation programs.

  • Assists the execution of programs such as one-on-one campaigns, specific collateral, and other sales aids that generate new opportunities and/or close sales deals.

  • Helps with the delivery of content, tools and materials for internal and external communications.

  • Participates in and assists with the facilitation of sales enablement activities that create alignment between sales, marketing and key partners.

  • Collaborates with the Sales Enablement teams to ensure that sales enablement components feature prominently in all relevant communications.

  • Helps with the coordination of programs that contribute to partners committing investment for incremental marketing activities or resources in the appropriate areas.

  • Supports the development of marketing collateral that enable sales and generate interest, including contributing to bid and proposal content.

  • Performs any other related task as required.

Knowledge and Attributes:

  • Developing knowledge and understanding of all relevant industry standards.

  • Developing knowledge and understanding of best practices for marketing.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Excellent ability to interact with a variety of internal team members at different levels in the organization.

  • Demonstrates good understanding of the features and benefit of the company’s products and services.

  • Developing understanding how databases are utilized in effective marketing.

  • Ability to articulate company's value proposition.

  • Ability to work with and manage many projects within the required deadlines.

  • Awareness of data privacy and compliance as they relate to marketing activities.

  • Developing knowledge of A/B testing principles and tools to optimize marketing campaigns by experimenting with different variations.

  • Developing understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) principles and tools to improve website and landing page conversions.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or related field.

Required Experience:

  • Moderate level of experience with a solid background in all aspects of marketing.

  • Moderate level of work experience as a Marketing Specialist.

  • Moderate level of experience with marketing service delivery software.

  • Moderate level of experience with a wide variety of computer software, hardware, and peripherals, including Microsoft365.
