Join us as a Smart Tools & Data Expert in Barcelona, Milan, or Paris, where you'll drive the automation of Regulatory Affairs activities, manage essential systems and tools, and ensure data integrity. You'll be at the forefront of creating and managing automatic documents, designing SQL queries, and providing expert support and training. Your key responsibilities:

• Develop automatic Regulatory Affairs documents, publish them on different platforms and manage them throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Design SQL queries supporting the creation of these documents.

• Provide support and training on Regulatory Affairs Tools. Provide 1st level support on Support Tickets.

• Manage accesses to Regulatory Affairs tools and documents

• Participate in data integrity initiatives in order to maintain high standards of regulatory data quality (accuracy, consistency and completeness) throughout the company’s application landscape

• Provide complex data extractions to the Regulatory Affairs community and/or Business Units

You bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Life Science Chemistry and/or Computer/Data Science

• 5 years professional experience with 3 years experience in data management

• Fluent English

• Data management skills, Oracle Data Base, Proficiency in SQL, Mastery of MS Excel and Word (including macros)

• Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and present complex and/or new ideas with clarity and simplicity

• A detail-oriented and meticulous nature

• A curious approach to problem-solving, fueling innovation by seeking new solutions and perspectives.

• A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.
