Nesta função, você desempenhará um papel fundamental na instalação, configuração e manutenção de componentes essenciais, garantindo a integridade e o desempenho ideal de nossa infraestrutura.


We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an Infra Delivery Tech 2, responsible for managing and executing critical activities related to cabling infrastructure and racks in our datacenters. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of essential components, ensuring the integrity and optimal performance of our infrastructure.

Key job responsibilities

  • Instalar e configurar cabos de fibra óptica, switches e cabeamento UTP em datacenters.

  • Realizar configurações iniciais em switches e outros dispositivos de rede.

  • Gerenciar e coordenar atividades com fornecedores (vendors) envolvidos nos projetos de infraestrutura.

  • Controlar e monitorar os acessos físicos aos datacenters, garantindo a segurança e conformidade.

  • Agendar e coordenar atividades de manutenção, upgrades e implantações, minimizando impactos operacionais.

  • Monitorar e controlar serviços críticos, identificando e resolvendo problemas de forma proativa.

  • Interagir e colaborar com outros times internos, garantindo a comunicação eficaz e a mitigação de impactos durante as atividades.

  • Documentar processos, procedimentos e configurações, mantendo registros atualizados e precisos.

  • Realizar terminações e instalações de cabos de fibra óptica e UTP.

  • Instalar e configurar componentes de racks de datacenters, incluindo patch panels, guias de cabos e outros hardwares.

  • Participar de reuniões com times de outros países.


  • Install and configure fiber optic cables, switches, and UTP cabling in datacenters.

  • Perform initial configurations on switches and other network devices.

  • Manage and coordinate activities with vendors involved in infrastructure projects.

  • Control and monitor physical access to datacenters, ensuring security and compliance.

  • Schedule and coordinate maintenance activities, upgrades, and deployments, minimizing operational impacts.

  • Monitor and control critical services, proactively identifying and resolving issues.

  • Interact and collaborate with other internal teams, ensuring effective communication and impact mitigation during activities.

  • Document processes, procedures, and configurations, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.

  • Perform fiber optic and UTP cable terminations and installations.

  • Install and configure datacenter rack components, including patch panels, cable managers, and other hardware.

  • Attend to calls with teams of other countries.

Basic Qualifications

  • College degree completed or in progress.

  • Good speaking and listing English skills.

  • Are 18 years of age or older

  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications

  • Work 40 hours/week, and overtime as required

  • Experience managing work and priorities through a ticketing system and coordination with Manager

  • 2+ years triaging and repairing data center fiber optic cabling/systems and network hardware

  • Proven Knowledge on TCP/IP networking, cabling, optic types, test equipment such as VFL, power meter, and OTDR.

  • Broad understanding of infrastructure technologies.

  • Experience with cabling infrastructure best practices and methodologies.

  • Familiarity with common networking terms.

  • Ability to travel 50%+ outside base location work area may be required possibly including international travels.

  • Ability to identify issues root cause and process inefficiencies.

  • Able to travel between cities.

  • Driver license.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems

  • Certifications or knowledge in CCNA, CCNP or JNCIA.

  • Comfort ability with small to medium project scopes and ambiguous details within work environment

  • Tactical judgement and analytical skills, ability to prioritize tasks based on fluctuating needs

  • Basic understanding of major Command Line Protocols (Cisco IOS, JunOS, etc.) and common Networking Protocols.

  • Experience with medium to large scale datacenter network implementations and support, experience working in virtualized enterprise networking environments.

  • Experience with IT best practice frameworks (ITIL, LEAN, AGILE).

  • May automate tasks, modify small tools and propose new SOPs.

  • Fluent English
