Job Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Cloud Administrator to join our Infrastructure Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration and support of our cloud infrastructure, ensuring stability, security, and performance of our systems and services. You will work with the latest technologies and play a key role in managing our DevOps processes and FinOps practices.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain enterprise cloud infrastructure (e.g., Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).

  • Implement and manage DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and automation.

  • Oversee cloud performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal system functionality.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support mission-critical services and projects.

  • Develop and maintain documentation for cloud configurations, processes, and procedures.

  • Implement and manage FinOps practices to optimize cloud costs and ensure financial accountability.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving cloud-related issues in a timely manner.

  • Proactively manage cloud resources to ensure sufficient capacity for future needs.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our cloud infrastructure.

    Basic Qualifications, Education and Skills Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in cloud administration.

  • Strong knowledge of enterprise cloud infrastructure, DevOps practices, and FinOps.

  • In-depth knowledge of core services like compute, storage, networking, databases, and security features in Azure

  • Proficiency in scripting and automation tools (e.g., Python, Terraform, PowerShell).

  • Experience with cloud management and monitoring tools (e.g., CloudWatch, Azure Monitor).

  • Understanding of network concepts like subnetting, routing, and firewalls to configure cloud network infrastructure

  • Knowledge of cloud security principles and implementation of security controls to protect cloud environments

  • Basic understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Preferred: Cloud platform specific certifications (AWS Certified SysOps Administrator, Azure Administrator Associate, GCP Professional Cloud Network Engineer)
