Job Summary:

We are seeking a Warehouse Team Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. This job will be a working team lead position, meaning the expectation will also be to operate an electric pallet jack and/or unload containers depending on the need. The Warehouse Team Lead will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient processes, maintaining inventory accuracy, and promoting a safe work environment.

Shift: 1st Shift Full time

Salary: $22/hour

Qualifications:

• Experience operating an electric pallet jack and manually unloading containers

• Experience working to meet productivity metrics

• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

• Proficient in using warehouse management software

  Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse team members

• Train and onboard new team members

• Ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, and shipping of products

• Maintain inventory levels and conduct regular cycle counts

• Enforce safety procedures and regulations

• Collaborate with other departments to optimize processes and workflows

• Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

• Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
